This townhouse is located in a 16 unit complex in a very nice residential area in North Deering. It’s handy to shopping, Interstate 95, schools, the bus line and only minutes to downtown Portland.

First floor:  consists of a living room,  kitchen with an island, separate dining room and laundry area behind louvered doors.  The kitchen and dining room have ceramic tile floors, recessed lighting, chandelier and additional storage cabinets in the island.   There is access to a private patio from the sliding glass doors in the dining room opening to a nice country atmosphere.

Second Floor:  large master bedroom with walk-in closet and a separate closet with double bi-fold doors.  The second bedroom has a double door closet.  The bathroom is very large with a full tub and shower.  For extra storage, there a very large linen closet in the hall next to the bathroom.

This unit gets lot of direct sunlight and is ready for occupancy.  We pay for the heat.  It is a forced hot water baseboard system with thermostats on the 1st and 2nd floors.  There is a dumpster on site for trash; therefore, you do not have to purchase city trash bags.

Additional charge of $50/month for laundry hookup due to the increased cost of water and sewer.  Separate storage is also available at $25/month.  Parking for one auto is included in the rent.  Additional auto is $35/month.  One year lease and security deposit are required.

This is a very large 2-bedroom apartment with an eat-in kitchen and tons of closet space. The living room is 17 feet long and has a separate coat closet. The master bedroom is also 17 feet long and “yes” it can accommodate your king size bed and other furniture. The second bedroom is 12 by 13 feet. Both bedrooms have very large closets with 4 double doors. There is a full bath with tub and shower as well as a separate laundry room and linen closest in the hall.

An additional charge of $50/month will be added for laundry hookup due to the increased cost of water and sewer. We also offer a coin-operated laundry on site. There is one free parking space for each unit. Additional autos are $35/month.  Additional storage space is also available for $25/month. One year lease and security are required.
