Heat is included. Each unit has its own thermostat. For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry on the ground floor, an intercom system to let in your guests, visitor’s parking, dumpster for trash (no need to purchase City trash bags). One free parking space is included. Additional car is $50/month. Lease and a security deposit are required. Net monthly income must be at least 2.5 X the rent. Non-Smokers preferred.
