Apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood on the bus line, near schools, shopping, the Maine turnpike and just minutes to downtown. AMENITIES:

• large master bedroom with walk-in closet;
• second bedroom also has a double closet for storage;
• linen closet in hall and a double closet for storage.

Heat is included.  Each unit has its own thermostat.  For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry on the ground floor, an intercom system to let in your guests, visitor’s parking, dumpster for trash (no need to purchase City trash bags). One free parking space is included.  Additional car is $50/month.  Lease and a security deposit are required.  We conduct a background check, landlord reference check and credit check.
