What are your normal office hours? Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5:00.
What is the minimum lease requirement? We require a minimum of a one year lease. We do not offer any short-term rentals.
Do you have any furnished apartments? No, we do not.
What is your pet policy? Per our pet policy, we will allow up to two cats with an additional security deposit of $150. We apologize, but we do not allow dogs of any size or breed. You will be required to provide proof of flea protection/treatment for your cat on an ongoing monthly basis.
Is there an application fee & what is the application process? There is a $25.00 application fee for all applications. It is a non-refundable fee. We do require good credit, therefore we will do a credit check. We will also require two previous landlord references. We require two month’s on deposit.
Is your rent negotiable? No. Our rental amounts are based on market value. We do not offer income based rent.
Are your apartments smoker-friendly? We have not allowed any new tenants to smoke in our buildings for the last five years, however we do still have a few long-term tenants that smoke based on their original lease term.
