This is a very large 2-bedroom apartment with an eat-in kitchen and tons of closet space.   The living room is 17 feet long and has a separate coat closet. The master bedroom is also 17 feet long and “yes” it can accommodate your king size bed and other furniture. The second bedroom is 12 by 13 feet. Both bedrooms have very large closets with 4 double doors. There is a full bath with tub and shower as well as a separate laundry room and linen closest in the hall.

An additional charge of $50/month will be added for laundry hookup due to the increased cost of water and sewer. We also offer a coin-operated laundry on site. There is one free parking space for each unit. Additional auto is $50/month.  Additional storage space is also available for $50/month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. One year lease and security deposit is required.  We allow up to 2 cats only.  There is a monthly pet fee of $50 per cat.

We require your net monthly income be at least 2 1/2 times the rent to qualify for the apartment.
