This is a very large 2-bedroom apartment with an eat-in kitchen and tons of closet space. Living room with updated flooring & plenty of natural light. Large primary bedroom that can accommodate your king size bed and other furniture. Comfortably sized second bedroom. Both bedrooms have very large closets with 4 double doors. There is a full bath with tub and shower as well as a separate laundry room and linen closest in the hall.

An additional charge of $50/month will be added for laundry hookup due to the increased cost of water and sewer. We also offer a coin-operated laundry on site. There is one free parking space for each unit. Additional auto is $50/month. Additional storage space is also available for $50/month. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. One year lease and security deposit is required.  We allow up to 2 cats only.  There is a monthly pet fee of $50 per cat.

We require your net monthly income be at least 2 1/2 times the rent to qualify for the apartment.
