This is a very nice 2 bedroom unit in a small complex which is close to downtown, a park, the beach and schools. The unit consists of an eat-in kitchen with nice cabinets, a dishwasher, garbage disposal and a pantry for extra storage. There is a half wall between the kitchen and living room, which creates a nice open feeling.

The 2 bedrooms have nice size closets.  The bathroom has a full tub with shower.  A linen closet is in the hall.

The heat is included in the rent.  It is a forced hot water baseboard system with your own thermostat. For your convenience,  we have a coin-operated laundry on the 1st floor as well as an intercom system to let in your guests, and a visitor’s parking area.  Open land around the buildings allow you to have BBQ’s in the summer or just get some sun.

Each unit has one free parking space.  Additional autos are $35/month.  Separate storage is also available at $25/month.  One year lease and security deposit are required.
