This building is conveniently located within walking distance downtown Portland, hospitals and the Art district. This unit has a living room with a bay window, an adjacent dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with new cabinets. A private deck is accessed from the hall off the kitchen. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant however we just installed new efficient gas Rinnai heater. A coin operated laundry is located in our building next door as well as a dumpster on site for trash. (You are not required to purchase city trash bags.) On site parking is available at an additional charge of $50/month per car. Cats are welcome with a $150. pet deposit. Sorry, no dogs of any size are allowed.
